"Uh, shipping is taking forever"
I ordered this a while ago and... yeah, it still hasn’t shown up. I keep checking the tracking thinking maybe it’ll update, but nope. Just kind of frustrating at this point.

"Frustrating lack of order updates"
I placed my order and then basically had no idea what was happening with it. I kept having to reach out just to get an update, and even when they replied, it was slow and didn’t really answer much. Weirdly, I remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating a bowl of cereal at like 9 at night, thinking, “How is this still not clear?” Overall, it was just a really annoying experience.

"Good item, but the shipping was a headache"
I ordered from motohousemx.com and the item itself was fine once it showed up, so that part wasn’t the issue. But the delivery took way longer than what they originally said, and the tracking was barely updating, which made it more annoying because I kept wondering if it was even moving. I ended up having to reach out twice just to get some kind of update. Not the worst experience ever, but the shipping side definitely made it frustrating.

"I found the site really annoying to..."
I found the site really annoying to use. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and the checkout kept freezing right when I was trying to finish my order. What made it worse was that the messages and instructions weren’t clear, so I had no idea if I was doing something wrong or if the site was just broken

"Return was fine, but I expected a quicker response"
I had to return a part that didn’t end up fitting my bike. The support team did get back to me and the refund came through after about a week, so it all worked out in the end. I was just expecting a faster response and had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad experience overall, but clearer return updates would definitely help.

"Wasn’t totally sure about the brands"
I was looking around and some of the prices just seemed a little unusual to me, so I wasn’t fully confident the gear was genuine. I don’t want to assume anything, of course, and maybe everything is completely fine, but I ended up deciding not to buy just to be safe.

The selection was sooo tiny!!! I went in expecting to grab a few basic things, but I could barely find anything I needed?? Disappointing overall...

"Box came beat up"
The box showed up looking like it had been kicked around a bunch, and the parts were just loose inside. Not exactly great to open up and find everything rattling around.

"Showed as in stock, but wasn’t"
I placed the order because the item said it was in stock, but this is where it got annoying: shortly after, my order was canceled because they didn’t actually have any available. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, so it’s frustrating.

"I think they sent me the wrong stuff"
I ordered brake pads, but when the package showed up it had some random plastic pieces in it instead. Maybe I’m missing something, but I really don’t see how these are supposed to be brake pads. Frustrating overall.

"I ordered a medium and it fit more..."
I ordered a medium and it fit more like something from the kids section. The whole return process was a hassle too, and customer service just kept giving me those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies that don’t actually help. Frustrating experience overall...

"Definitely not worth the price"
I was kind of surprised by how expensive this place was for what you actually get. I mean, maybe I missed something, but the value just wasn’t there. For the price, I expected it to be a lot better than it was. Glad I tried it, I guess, but I probably won’t be ordering from here again
